T&M is GREAT. Took the extra time to diagnose the problem when most shops would just started replacing things in the order they "thought it could be". That could have gotten pricey - fast. Not only that, he became aware that my it was my daughters car and she would be walking and biking until repaired. Tom commented on the rainy weather and he'd get it completed same day...and he did. Tom was more than fair to me on the price and upon that, I asked him to do some additional work. I'm taking all my vehicles back here in the future. Thanks T & M Automotive!
We just picked up our truck from T & M. They installed a Jasper transmission and the old girl lives on! Tom was honest and straightforward throughout the entire process, from the estimate to the final cost. The truck was finished when we were told it would be, and it's driving great, and we have a great warranty. I can't say enough how nice it is to have a shop like this in town that a person can trust. I will definitely go back if needed. Thanks for the great work!
My car is having issues but it has a warranty on it for these sort of things. I contacted T&M to see if they could look at the vehicle and work with my warranty company on it and they straight up told me they would rather not have to deal with all of that. That is fine and all, it is their business to run how they want, however it did not make a good impression on me and I am leaving this review as a response to it.

He was able to take my one ton dually in and replace the clutch in my manual transmission and have it back to me the next day! Outstanding work!
Fast and quality service. Professional and personable staff. I chose T&M based on high ratings, good reviews, and because it's a locally owned business. I brought my vehicle in for wobble issues unrelated to tire balance and rotation. My vehicle is older and I was aware it needed multiple repairs. They inspected and diagnosed the problems quickly. Tom and James are straight forward, enjoyable to talk to, and gave me a substantive explanation of the problems. As asked, they ranked the needed repairs from most to least critical. This was very helpful because at the time I had limited funds and knew I wasn’t able to afford all of the desired updates. They respected the fact that I didn’t want to pay for all of the recommended repairs and didn’t try to convince me otherwise. In the end I chose to have just one part replaced, they wobble was fixed, and I drove away pleasantly surprised. All of the good reviews that I referenced proved to be accurate. I was very impressed by the overall experience.
