Normally good service, however this time was a bit frustrating. The employee, lets call him Daniel, looked up my parts, and seen that they were on the top shelf. He proceeded to scale the two parts shelves like a contesant of American Ninja warrior. I pointed out the ladder and he replied " this is much easier". After looking down to replace his footing so as to reach the part, he must have grabbed the wrong box. I had to return to the store and exchange the part.( I don't live in Stillwater.) So after extra time and gas spent, I was able to get help from another employee who gave me the right part.
Great staff.....they helped me and had the part I needed when noone else in town did....
They're pretty helpful here during the week, but on weekends it can be a little hit and miss.

This is the only parts store I go to buy items in Stillwater. No one else shopping and I have to ask for assistance! No greeting or "I'll be with you in a moment" in the visits I've made. I'm ignored at the other part stores, they don't get my business at all! No selection for gas cap, only a locking one. Staff did take the broken one off the truck for me, when I asked.
