These are probably the most honest mechanics I've ever met. They were amazingly helpful in my search for a new vehicle. They will never try to bamboozle you or make you pay for work you don't need. I will continue to take my vehicles here for as long as i live in the area.
Long time customer, have been going here since I moved to Stillwater 6 yrs ago. Have spent over 3 grand here in the past 2 years. They used to treat me with a lot of respect and always went above and beyond, but the past year it's been just embarrassingly bad. I've taken my Tahoe 3 times now to try to get an oil change and even call before to make sure they can get me in and aren't busy. I come back at the time they say it'll be done by and they haven't even started on it. ALL 3 TIMES. Just save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else
Horrible Experience. We went because they had such great reviews and we're extremely disappointed. They were rude, had no place for us to sit ( we were stranded until they got the car done) they acted like they didnt want us to stay there. They WAY marked up parts, (I understand some mark up but this was way too much) cost around 500 to have the radiator replaced ( which were not even sure if it truly needed it or if a hose just popped of) would give 0 stars if I had the option.
They may not always be the least expensive, but I have always gotten a fair estimate that is honored. The prices normally are in line with industry expectations. I have had several cases over the years where they could easily have duped one of my friends or family and instead did the right thing and showed them a quick and in some cases free fix.
I don't know why this is reporting as closed. Have had vehicles there last week and getting ready to take them another.
