This place is the most reliable shop in Stillwater 10/10
I'm a student and it's hard to find good mechanic service when you're poor and new to town.
Most reliable and honest place ever. I've taken my personal car there for years and have started taking our 4 work vehicles there recently. I have never been disappointed, they are timely, and their prices are incredibly reasonable!
Before leaving school for the summer, my daughter's 2001 Xterra would crank, but not start which can be caused by multiple scenarios. Lonnie and his team ran diagnostics, determined the source of the problem, then gave me different options for the fix. Would have been very easy to just tell me the most expensive option, but laid out a fix that cost several hundred dollars less. The level of professionalism and courtesy was above and beyond. I would trust them to take care of any issues my daughter might have with her vehicle while away at school.
Excellent service with knowledgeable/trustworthy mechanics. Buisness is ran with integrety (a rarety these days, especially in automotive shops) Pricing is absolutely fair. Would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles here again. Thanks for the great service!
Stillwater Automotive is the only place in town I could find with decent price, good service, and honest employees. Honestly every other shop I've been to either overcharges or tries to sell me more service.
Lonnie, the owner, is on the premises and active in the care of vehicle. Offer of being driven home or work is given when I dropped my pickup off for repair. When appointment made, staff asks how the vehicle is acting. I am updated on care. The waiting area is clean. I have used this shop several times, with satisfaction.
