This Autozone location is one the best stores I've ever walked into. Their customer service level is through the roof. The whole staff goes out of their way to make sure every customer is properly taken care of. I especially have to acknowledge how clean the store is when I walk in. David G is also a big part of my tremendous visits. My BMW crapped out on me coming through the city and David went out of his way and helped me get back on the road that evening. True team player. I appreciate boss man...
Unfortunately they have a youngster there now (Kayla) who sold me wrong parts, they were refunded, but now she adamantly telling me "I Don't Make Mistakes ", when inwas going to buy a complete rebuild kit for my transmission.
Always so helpful at this location. They are always friendly and willing to answer questions without making you feel ridiculous because you aren't a mechanic.
Have been buying my parts from batteries ,to brakes, to shocks,to everything needed from this store for probably as long as they have been there.
