Avoid this dealership. Our salesman that we communicated with through email and made an appointment with was pushed out of the way by his manager/boss upon our arrival and never came back after that. We were left to deal with Curtis, who was unprofessional, unhelpful and rude to my wife.
This Honda dealership service is amazing! They are honest and I know my daughter will be safe in her car each time she takes it there. Amanda in the service department is honest. We originally came in for break pad replacement but my daughters rotors were a mess as well. Amanda not only explained to her but also explained it all to me as well. As a parent I am so relieved to know my child will be safe driving home (out of town). Thanks Stillwater Honda for taking care of my baby!
Besides a ridiculously low trade-in value given by him ($2000 below Kelley Blue Book) he basically showed us the door after finding out we owed money on our car we were looking to trade in.
My dad, who is 86, took his Civic in for a trade. He asked to trade for another car that he could get in and out of easier. Keep in mind that he bought his Civic from this place. He told the salesperson that he wanted to trade straight across. He wanted to get something of equal value since his Civic was paid for. They brought a Nissan Murano to him and he was lead to believe that it was of equal value. Papers were signed and not once was anything said to him that the Murano which has a KBB value of around 17,00 was listed on the papers as a 28,000 car. He was really shocked when he received mail from the loan company saying he owed 14,000 on his deal. The person I talked to about all this corruptness was Calvin. He was rude and condescending. He was no help and wasn't interested in helping. The next trip up there a few days later was a talk with Pablo. Talk about throwing fellow employees under the bus. He was less helpful than Calvin and tried to make me seem foolish. They kept saying that there was nothing they could do and he should read all the paperwork. If anyone reads this please be careful dealing with this dealership. They are not honest and will lie to you. Should change their name to Stillwater Will Cheat u Honda.
I would recommend you stay away from this dealership, as I believe this is no way to treat people; the way we were treated.
Me and my daughter was driving in from out of town and needed a tire replaced. Service department helped us out. Looked at some new Civics staff was great to talk to. Thanks John.
