I came in after seeing a good price on the bike I had been looking for 7 months, I had an incredible experience. My sales man Tim was honest, and went above and beyond. He made sure the bike was ready for me and that the process was smooth. It was the best dealership experience I've ever had, Its the only place I can say I could buy from again. The sales man treats you like a friend and human that he cares about, you are not just a number. Tim even went above and beyond and explained how credit works for me.
We had a great experience with the staff. They were friendly and generous. My 2 year old daughter expecially liked Tim.
Took them a horrible looking generator (not Honda) with an old Honda motor in it to look at. They told me it was just someone messing with the valves and the $$ was much lower than expected. That is honesty. Everyone is busy and often in a hurry, but even with that the customer service and manners were great. They earn their money there!
