I believe this lot tried to trap us into a purchase with this knowledge.

The customer service was severely lacking they made the car buying experience hell. They made multiple mistakes and refused to fix them even though they admitted them..
I have the screenshots showing the agreed-upon price and then all the BS messages from the salesman telling me how they can't do anything to compensate me for all the trouble in the slightest bit. It honestly would not have been hard for them to do something for me the customer to make sure I was completely satisfied especially when I was dropping all that money Straight Cash that day no financing... I honestly should have taken my money elsewhere out of principal of not getting screwed. But hindsight is 20/20
I was not looking forward to driving all the way from Norman to Stillwater, but my salesperson Mary-Beth assured me she would make me a deal I couldn't turn down. She def did everything she said she would. I got the best deal on my truck, and on top of that, I was only there for about an hour. I will certainly be back to see her. Thanks so much MB
When my wife came to purchase a vehicle making a two-hour trip out of her way because I was told they would honor a fantastic price she ends up getting there and they have now raised the price over $600 and will not budge walking away would normally be my choice in this situation but we had a rental car that we had to drop off right next door so we were without out Transportation if we did not purchase this vehicle... and my wife would have been stuck at least an hour away from home.
Mary Beth made all the difference in my car buying experience. Drove from Tulsa to Stillwater to purchase my 2017 Hyundai Accent. She went above and beyond for me and kept everything running smoothly. I will definitely be buying from her again
In the end the car was a decent deal but that's not the point!!

I would leave no stars if that was allowed. My husband purchased a used Subaru from this dealership, and on day 30 of owning this car the radiator blew up. Upon further inspection with a mechanic, it was evident that none of the fluids had been flushed or changed and the overall condition of the engine was extremely poor leading to this problem. Upon buying this car, my husband believed it to have been thoroughly inspected and verified, but this was not the case. On day 30, when he radiator blew up we had to have it towed to a mechanic. My husband called the dealership the next day only to receive the run around with a salesman who never got back to him nor returned my husbands phone calls. Once the radiator was fixed, the car broke down 3 weeks later. Come to find out all the spark plugs and coils needed to be replaced. Therefore, I would tell everyone to NEVER buy a used car from his dealership. Poor quality and poor customer service. It’s a shame that Barry Sanders has allowed his name be to be attached to such a poor quality business.
