2015 F-150 King Ranch service; standard service but with a intermittent "false positive breaking for adaptive cruise". They thought this would take all day - probably just in case. I asked if they could provide me with a loaner. At the time of purchase they indicated it is not something they do for standard service but for major jobs they would accommodate me. So I expected all types of excuses once I got to the service counter. But just the opposite, no questions asked, they checked me in quickly and then handed me a new/newer (1200 mi) F-150. I was thrilled. About 3 hrs later I received a call.....your trucks ready....what?? "Your all serviced and we resolved the issue" Just couldn't believe it. On returning the loaner, it was fast and smooth. Not like a rental car place where it's like your trying to get through Customs. Everyone was very nice and professional. Top notch.
I am so happy with my new Titanium Escape! Joe was super knowledgable with all the details and gave me a grest tutorial for all the awesome features. Rod was so professional as well and had everything all lined up for me to make my processes quick and easy. All the staff were very friendly. I definitely recommend this dealership.
