Considering the bad reputation this location seems to be far better than others I have read about. Overall I am happy with the car I purchased, although I was told they would fix an issue with the speaker and it was not fixed while they were replacing the transmission which was operating but in need of repair upon purchase. I was also told that they report to the Credit Bureau and it would show on my credit report as Colonial and I just pulled my Credit Report and nothing ? I had a good payment history on my previous vehicle and unfortunately had to let it go back to the bank owing $1800.00. I was aware that would have a negative impact on my credit. I was counting on a new Auto Loan with positive payment history to help offset that and give me an opportunity to explain the situation to a potential creditor. I am really most disappointed in my payments not being on my Credit Report and now there is some knocking and worry when they changed out the transmission they neglected to bolt something down. The car runs fine and I really just think something is loose. Overall it is a better experience than I anticipated. I want to add that the staff is very friendly especially the lady that takes my payment each week.
Price is outrageous!! And when a check engine light was on they just clear them and make it look like nothing is wrong. By time I drove it 30 miles it came on. Deceitful is the only word that comes to mind.
So many good reviews but I bought a car around 6 pm and not even driving 70 miles it over heats
We got a pretty good SUV and the customer service with Cassandra was awesome. She worked with us until we were comfortable and knew we found handle what we were getting.
