It's been a year since we got our first toyota car. The employees have always been kind. What my husband liked the most was the fact that they didn't insist all the time with many calls to pressure you to sign the contract. So we took our time to get more information about the car, clarify many doubts, and drive the car. We even had a good discount because of a promotion for OSU graduates.
We were looking for a good used pickup. We stopped by Janzen and found a great selection of 2-3 year old models and selected a 3 year old model with only 15,500 miles. The sales lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. The entire process was relatively quick painless. We bought our pickup for more than $2,000 below the price listed in Kelly Blue Book. Great selection and an easy negotiation.
