Been using them for a bit over a year now, and I must say, they have the most professional and helpful staff I've ever seen in a store like this.
My wife had knee surgery, and they went out of their way to get us a twin bed for her and her equipment. Nice bed as well.
Washing machine went out, and boom they where there the same day.
Then my grand daughter moved in, and again, they came through with a nice bed for her.

They suck...Plain and simple..Make up the rules as they go and no management structure at all
