The screen on my Samsung was unresponsive. I had been to another repair place in town who said it would be $250 to fix. Went to AT&T, they told me to claim insurance or upgrade. Went to CPR as a last-ditch effort. Jack took the time to try and fix it before making any recommendations, and he did in less than five minutes. This will be my first stop from now on.
