BAD customer service. I called and the guy hang up after learning I'm looking for something he doesn't have in stock right at the time. He only care if he can sell a thing instantly, not helping a customer to navigate the options.
The employees were overly friendly. But, that's a GOOD thing. Nearly everybody that we walked by asked if we needed assistance. We were able to purchase the products that we wanted and have all questions answered. Great visit!

If i could give negative stars I would. Bought a t.v. for Christmas on line, showed up damaged and since it has been more than 15 says they won't fix or exchange. We are out money and a tv. I won't buy from best buy ever again
The staff has always been helpful, but not pushy. Many prices are competitive with online retailers. Open-box items are often a very good deal.
