Absolutely terrible customer service. I called to check on my daughter's computer to see if it was even worth fixing and Roger interrupted me and told me to come get it. I was confused and said is it fixed. He said how can he fix it with all these interruptions. I told him that he provided "S*^%%^" customer service and he hung up on me. I called back and he said I disrespected him. I told him not to touch the laptop and had my daughter pick it up. Took it elsewhere for repair.
