They don't even deserve a one star rating! They could have done more to save my 8 year old Golden. My Rylee girl had 2 tumors on her leg. We agreed to cut them out as I left her for surgery and then I get a call from the doctor saying we amputate her leg or we do nothing. Amputation has a minimal to no chance of dying.. after stitching her up they said she threw a clot in her lungs.. she over came it once then started having complications and they aren't sure what happened after that. Possible clotting all over... but they did nothing!! No blood transfusion.. no blood thinners.. nothing!! My baby girl was happy and all her labs prior to surgery tested great!! I firmly believe they didn't respond quickly, weren't prepared, or didn't know what they were doing, and because of that we lost her. On top of all of this I paid them $1,200 and they keep calling me and sending letters for another $600!!!! This place is a joke.. if anything I deserve my $1,200 back for their lack of training and guidance of care!!!

My 4 month old long haired daschound got ate some rat poison. They wanted $1000 up front to treat him. I told them I could pay on the 30th they said they would have to stop treatment. Then they came back and said they moved some numbers around and could do $800. I still didn't have that until the 30th. I was willing to give them my credit card to draft the fee on that date. They stopped treatment. She came back and said we had another option and that was to relinquish my rights and hand the dog over and they would treat him. I said that wasn't an option. In the beginning she said he would be okay with treatment. When I left she said there was always the option to euthanize him. I said no I would take him home with me. Luckily I found a vet that didn't see just dollar signs and let me pay out the treatment. Prayers for my little guy that he pulls through. This place is a joke. As for the office manager at this place...I hope you never have to make this decision. I don't know how you sleep at night.

The staff were caring and compassionate while helping us with our kitten.

Horrible experience!! They let my dog they called emergent sit without treatment for 5 hours while I waited. Finally she came out only to tell me The cost and try to talk me into a million diff things he didn't need. When I told her it obviously wasn't emergent and I wanted to take him to my vet where he would be properly cared for she took another hour to discharge him. All while there was not one other patient or emergency all night. Then she charged me 300 dollars... just to tell me that he had a wound... duh! That's why I took him there in the first place. Never take an animal here!

I have a mini macaw and the doctors and staff took such good care of her! I won't go anywhere else!
