Very friendly staff, very personable, easy to work with and reasonable rates. Everything you would expect from a vet clinic. They have taken care of our cat boots, our dogs sassy, gunner, and cash. We will continue to drive from Perry for their services. Highly recommended.
Sometimes they get really busy and if you ask them to phone when your pet gets out of surgery they might not be able to call right away. This is my one drawback but I tried two other vets before All-Pets. One charged more and prayed a lot. The other argued with me about my dog's symptoms. It's hard to find a great vet, and everyone and every animal is unique in what they need. Shop around. But we have been very pleased with the care our dog has received here.
Dr. Slater sees our Chi-weenie. He does not mind going there. He weighs himself because he's a very good boy. Dr. Slater sometimes forgets his gender but she actually does know him once she sees him. She is calm and consistent, which most pets need.
The doctors and technicians are not oo-ey gooey over your pet. They focus on the presentation of symptoms and the animal's nonverbal cues/behavior. The doctors are smart, to the point, and if you ask, they will offer you treatment options based on your finance needs or convenience. But you have to ask.
We love All Pets! After having a very bad experience with our previous vet and almost euthanzing our family dog, I was told about All Pets which resulted in being able to save our dog with antibiotics! I will never take my dogs anywhere else. I love that I get reminder cards in the mail for preventives as well.
I love the people at All Pets! Dr. Slater and her staff have always treated my dog like the family member he is, and they are experts in veterinary health care. The OSU Vet Med Clinic is 3x as expensive and the students there need more practice caring for animals.
