The representative in VIP's office is generally thoughtful and friendly. That being said, make sure to pay monthly rather than a large sum if you aren't sure how long you will occupy the space. The office representative will not provide a refund and will be offended if you inquire. With the exception of one conversation, my overall experience with VIP Storage was quite positive.

I've been a customer of VIP storage for a year now and I've never had any problem. The units are well taken care of and the staff is very pleasant. If you can't make it in to pay, just call them and they will take payment over the phone and email you the receipt.
