They were great. Was suppose to have gotten the unit a week before we actually did. They kept in contact with us an held the unit till we were able to get it. The customer service was outstandin as well. Would highly recommend em to everyone.
The service from Simply Self Storage is wonderful! The staff is very friendly and provided me a great help during my storage procedure (check-in, complimentary local transportation, etc). The storage area is secured by camera and gate password lock. The location is not far away from the most busy area of the town. Sometimes they have promotional rate online that drives a even lower storage cost! Highly satisfied and recommend!
