Dr. Taguchi and his staff are wonderful. He is very caring and takes time with you. I would highly recommend him!
He is an amazing OB! He delivered all of my brothers and sisters and my cousins! Also including my baby I had 4 months ago! ❤️
I was referred to this office by another provider for various issues. I was going to have to wait for several weeks for my initial appointment, which was fine by me. Then something came up suspicious on an ultrasound, so I had to schedule a super expensive cat scan, thankfully turning out ok... Each time I was scheduled, I was called at work, which was great. Then I went to the appointment weeks later. I arrived early, taking time off work to go. A lady scheduled 45 minutes before me had still not gone back to see the dr., and when I asked her she said this office always runs late... Good to know so I could call work and let them know I would be gone awhile. In the exam, we discussed a hysterectomy based on my situation, and that I would first need a biopsy. He said his schedule was very full, and we would need to wait a couple of months, contingent on scheduling a biopsy. Then I waited, and never heard anything, until they called me at work to let me know I had no showed my appointment for a biopsy... WHICH THEY NEVER CALLED ME ABOUT... Because, get this, they could not reach me... However, they called me to let me know I missed it... The same number they had been using to initially schedule. Their only excuse was that they had new staff, no apology. I waited to hear from them for nothing!!!! I work in a very busy Drs. Office, and we call several times to confirm as a courtesy for our patients, because we care about their health... Apparently this office does not
They are always late. when you try to schedule the appointment it was a fight, even though my gp had called to move up the date since I was having issues. The nurses had no clue of my history when walking in even though they had the file.They told me they were going to schedule me with a specialist in OKC and after 3 visits and being asked every single time if I had called, I finally made my own appointment. The last time after getting frustrated and voicing it, Dr. Taguchi stopped looking and speaking to me and started to have the conversation with my husband the rest of the appointment. This after having a miscarriage for the second time. My first u/s they told me I was probably losing the baby and told to come back next week. I was called the day of my appointment to be told the only U/S tech was sick and I would have to come the next week. Why do they only have one tech on one day when the office is full of pregnant women or why didn't they just have me go to the hospital when I want to know if my baby is alive?!!!! Now two months later, after receiving a bill, when I call to pay it she tells me that their system doesn't show the same amount that I was billed for and the doctor would have to look at it but it would be a couple of week before she could call me back. The only good thing I have to say about the place is that the staff (not the doctor) tried to be super considerate while the miscarriage was going on.
