2) on the second eye exam that Dr. David gave me, he tried different astigmatic lens on me and he has told clearly that is the reason the wrong prescription just made me dizzy.

Always professional! Has been the only eye care for my family since moving here in 2009!

Everyone there is friendly & nice. They take carr of our whole family!

Now they want me to pay for the redo. it's not that i want a free pair of glasses, just this bad experience and the extra cost on the glasses caused by the incorrect prescription. everything i have said is completely true, didn't exaggerate any part of it. i am a honest person and this is basically my very first one star I've gave.

Very bad experience. the place gave me a INCORRECT prescription and then I had my glasses made somewhere else, but they make me very dizzy. i took my glasses back and they took them to the lab and checked on them, turns out there's nothing wrong with the new glasses i just made. Dr. David gave me another examination and also CHANGE THE PRESCRIPTION. it's a completely different prescription, the doctor changed the sphere and cylinder. after that i request them to redo my new glasses for me, but they said they are not done by Cockrell, they want me to contact that place for redo. so i did, but the place i made does not offer a one time redo.

The reasons they gave me are just not quite convinced and here is why: 1) Cockrell is not going to redo the glasses for me because they said when the glasses were made i wasn't there for them to measure the papillary distance, which is not true, on the very first prescription, DIST PD already been measured and it shows the measurement of the distance between the pupils of your eyes. you don't have to physically be presented when the glasses are made.

I also would like to give less than 1. Just spent over 2 hours being herded from one test to the next before seeing the doctor. When finally see doctor, he flips through the choices so fast it is hard to tell which is which. He rushes through the tests they just did, then rushes you out the door to sit and wait for an hour and a half to see the optician to get my glasses ordered. The glasses are way over priced. I don't know how people without insurance can afford glasses.

redicoulous these people are not about helping you it's all about your wallet. I haven't been able to get a copy of my lens prescription needed to order online. way to expensive, can get better quality complete pair with prescription lenses for 12 dollars without shipping costs place is a hoax.
