I have gone to this dentist since moving to Oklahoma three years ago. They have a high turnover for dentists at the practice and I see why. The first dentist I had did an awful job on my root canal and got angry with me when it wasn't fitting properly and I kept saying it was uncomfortable. My teeth ultimately shifted and the permanent crown didn't fit. This was a bad enough experience but I kept going back for cleanings. At my last cleaning they took a scalpel to my tooth and left me in tears trying to grind something down without any medication. They said I needed fillings. Fine. I came back and the dentist left me in excruciating pain. Three weeks later I still can't chew. Went to another dentist and turns out all the money I spent was a waste and all needs to be redone. There is decay that should've been taken care of during my cleaning and wasn't. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.
I don't recommend it. rude, unprofessional.
*Update I went back, and Dr. Ab did a great job taking out my bottom wisdom teeth. He saved me a ton of money and time, and he has been very generous following up to make sure it came out well.
I never felt like this was the most proficient dental office, but I kept going back out of convenience. The staff was friendly enough and the office is close to my house. However, we make appointments 6 months in advance for cleanings, and I think nearly half of the time the office would call us to reschedule. If you can't keep an appointment 6 months out, then don't make them that far in advance. I understand that unforeseen things happen, but they seemed to happen too consistently with this office. I switched.
Just had my fourth appointment today, and I'm in and out very quickly with very capable hands. Dr. Ab (Bhatnagar) has been great with everything. He explains the problems and solutions in a way that's very easy to understand, and he takes a close interest in making sure your comfortable and know what's going on before, during, and after the procedure. I'll probably go back to have him do my wisdom teeth extraction. I have insurance, but it seems like the prices are very reasonable. Also, I've literally walked in to make an appointment and had a procedure (cap) done then and there. Very convenient.
Worst dentist ever!!! Do not go to them. Everytime you go in they will magically find something else wrong and add another thousand dollars. They messed up on a tooth and had me come back in 5 times over 3 weeks just to Crack it and pull it, wic took 2 hours and left fragments in my gums.They now say it will take 6 weeks or more to refund my money for the crown they messed up. They made promises they do not keep.
