My daughter has a growth in her jaw area and we went for a yearly follow up today. Dr Sethman was very kind as we were a bit worried about the consequences. I have never had a Dr. go to such extreme to figure out how and if to do surgery. He contacted several colleagues to discuss ideas about how to proceed with our daughter. I feel very comfortable with the doctor and his decisions.
Removed a lesion from my lip and the cosmetic results are perfect. No scarring or noticeable difference in my lip after the removal. Dr. Sethman is great and the staff are welcoming.
The entire staff is super friendly. For someone with anxiety, this is the perfect team of people to have treat you! Dr. Sethman is an awesome professional.
I believe Dr. Sethman is a competent oral surgeon, however his bedside manner and that of the majority of his staff leaves much to be desired. I had one impacted wisdom tooth on the bottom removed on a Friday and a week later was still extremely swollen, bruised, in pain, and miserable. During the week after surgery I called and went in Monday and Wednesday, called Thurs and went in Fri. When I went in that Friday, that will be my last time ever. After a week of calling and going in I was told that I never told them I was in pain, just that I was concerned about the excessive swelling - every time I talked to them it was due to the immense pain I was in. The whole time under their care I do NOT feel like I was listened to, that they knew what they had or not had not told me, or that I was a person instead of a number. Also they whole time I was dealing with the aftermath of the surgery I was basically told nothing was wrong, that any issues I had were basically my fault, or that I wasn't really having issues.
Best dental experience I've had in a while! Had to have a tooth extracted & it didn't hurt at all! They staff is very caring! It was an emergency situation & they got me right in.
