I have used Budget over 10 years, and was extremely unhappy to find I was charged an expensive cleaning fee when the car was just like it was when we got it.... (clean but not detailed clean). Hours are also inconvenient at this location. It's probably time to try out a different company.
Do not rent from this place, rented a vehicle and upon return i was charged a cleaning fee and a smoking fee........ I'm a non smoker, and the vehicle was clean. Cheap prices equal more fees when u return in order to make money. Called the corporate office, as was told i have to wait till the paperwork is turned in for an investigation. i would give less than one star but it will not let me post if i don't.. I WILL NOT be renting from this place again, i will advise all my construction workers ( who rent cars all the time) to avoid this place at all cost
Wouldn't think about renting from anyone else in the Stillwater area. Pam is friendly, courteous and always very helpful.
Great service, but Saturday hours are difficult to work with at times.
