They converted my account to commercial promising a better discount rate to save money. I spent over 10 hours on the phone with customer service over the next 40 days trying to fix the damage and still ended up with a 24% rate increase. Don't believe what you hear in this store.
My phone screen quit working so I went in to see what could be done to fix it. The sales person was more interested in selling me a new phone than telling me the phone was still under warranty and I could just get a new phone. Always feel pressured to buy something else rater than feel like I got the best bang for my buck. Once I received my phone, the service rep was very helpful.
Service isn't as swift as we'd all like it to be, but everyone is busting their humps to give the best service they can to everyone. When it is your turn, you'll definitely be taken care of!
Great place to get a new phone and phone and radios just not happy with my phone cover and they don't have nothing else or will let you used tell they get some more or come up what to do to save your phone so hope I don't drop it. Just so upsetting and hate it.
