Petco people bathe and groom my dog. They CARE so much about each dog; they remember him and he enjoys going. They will put your dog in a cage with blow dryers attached unless you request "rush rover." There is a 10 dollar charge which I don't mind paying to keep him out of the cage. They've never done anything that wasn't polite and nurturing, as long as you make your requests clear and don't whine about extra charges. I'm thrilled to have consistent, safe care for my dog. For the 3rd time this location has closed at 850 on a Friday. Twice now while I was walking up to the door an employee looking mad at the world has walked up to the doors and locked them on me. They looked right at me! It wouldn't be so bad but this time I needed burn medication for my cat ASAP. This is absolutly not acceptable!!!!! I will drive an hour out of the way before going back.
Took my cat in for grooming and I was extremely impressed. Jessica did a lovely job on him and was very informative about everything. Well informed staff, friendly and fast :)
Super friendly staff. They always engage my dog. He's very shy but I'm happy they try to socialize with him
