Great group of people who train the correct way and know everything there is about martial arts. It's an awesome atmosphere and everyone who trains here always has the very best attitude and are very helpful. Even just my first day of training(which the first session is free) I learned so much. Give it a shot and you'll be hooked. I Plan to keep going here for a very long time.

I have been training Jiu-jitsu for a little over 5 years. I work on the road a lot and was looking for a place to drop in and train. After meeting Ladell Elliott I could tell right away that he is a very humble and passionate man. Soon after meeting some of his students I could tell that he had instilled those same qualities throughout his school. He has built a very gentle atmosphere surrounded by technical high level martial arts. I highly recommend training here if you live in the area or anyone experienced just looking to drop in to get a different perspective. The people there were extremely kind with no egos!
One of the best places to train. Most people don’t realize how hard it is to find proficient instructors in such areas like jun fan, Khmer boxing, savate, just to name a few, and here is a school in middle of nowhere Oklahoma that offers one of the finest instruction and most down to earth staff I’ve ever met.
