Lied about pet deposit in initial house tour. Then said pet deposit was $300. Said deposit was taken out of prepaid rent. Then decided pet deposit was a $500 pet fee instead and miraculously forgot everything they had said. Get everything in writing from them. At move in refrigerator, AC, and dishwasher were broken. All pipes were backed up. Vents are clogged and never have been cleaned. Was informed of broken items and never fixed them. Household fixed dishwasher, does not use the AC, and bought mini fridges to survive. No smoke detectors at move in, even though it's in the lease. Overall subpar service and employees without integrity. Will not rent from again.
