I've loved renting from this company. Jeff has been nothing but helpful and professional. The rent was reasonable, especially for the location so close to campus. My one issue with a thermostat was handled quickly, professionally, and I didn't have to pay for anything. I would HEARTILY recommend renting from this company.
Our agent Beverly was kind, patient and very helpful resolving all of my concerns along the way. She always made sure to stay in touch and was easy to communicate with. I would recommend her and Century 21 Global Realtors to my family and friends if they were looking for a good real estate agency to work with.
Jeff Grizzle was a great property manager! He always came and helped when we needed it and answered all our questions as soon as we asked. I'd definitely go through Century 21 again.
I am writing this review retroactively to an experience with a previous landlord. Linda Schmidt leased a property to myself and a friend of mine, and a few months later we had bed bugs. After fighting with her about it, she finally agreed to treat it (at first, she attempted to charge US for it). Apparently she is now bitter about that, because I just tried to sign a lease somewhere else, and they said because of what Linda told them about me having bed bugs, I was going to have to pay extra money. I would never recommend this agency.
