I rented a 8' truck. The truck was clean and very good. I went to the office at 8 in the morning. There were 2 more customers before me and I had to wait 30 minutes. Could have been faster. Moreover, you have to return the vehicle refueling to the exact same fuel meter position when you received it. Otherwise you would be charged $30 fee and 3.5/ gallon for gas. This is very inconvenient for customers. This process should be made easier.
