Don't know if every school is this way, but if you are studying a difficult curriculum such as engineering, you must have the same GPA as every snowflake millennnial who studies history, music, political science or any other incredibly easy major to receive this distinction of "Honors". Don't believe ANY college student who is "honors" as truly that until you ask what they studied! There should be different scales for this to be truly fair....but then again its a participation award I guess!
