Love the west side as we camp there yearly. It is more primitive but offers fishing areas around the campsites, a fishing dock, little store that sells bait and some snack items. Electric and water hook ups are available in the RV spots. There is also a nice swimming area too. I would live there year around if I could.
Awesome outing place for camping with the family. Will be spending many more nights in the future at this lake and camp grounds.
We love it so much here that we got married here. It's the right amount of secluded, yet still populated enough to make you feel part of a community. Beware the Cottonmouth snakes swimming across the water if you're swimming on the Perry side. We've never seen them on the Stillwater side. Do yourself a favor and get a yearly pass to this beautiful place so you can always enjoy camping, cooking out, swimming, hiking, fishing, kayaking, disk golf, and whatever else you like to do.
Spent one night here. Seems a bit dated in some spots, but that certainly gives it charm! The lake is beautiful, we saw a bunch of geese and ducks. I'd recommend this to friends!
This place was awesome! There is so much to do. I cannot think of anything I would want to do at a reservoir that this place did not offer. Plus, free WiFi for the kiddos!
