Friendly people and fast service..the grandkids live their pizza!!
Same problem as previous customer. The $6 hot and ready not available, but they had the ultimate pepperoni for a higher price ready. Instantly it came to me this is a new marketing idea. Push the higher priced pizza by not having the regular one ready. This made me mad and I probably won't be back. They lost my trust.
I ordered the Monday special of a stuffed crust for $7.00. ( Canadian bacon) . The young lady was polite. She did say the total was 8.92. I asked, wasn't this $7.00? She said oh yeah. I'm sorry. Gave the correct total. Said it would be about 15mins. Would that be alright, I said , yes, & sat down to wait. I took a little less time. It was hot all the way home. 5 miles away. I asked for some parmesan. The young man put 3/4 packets in a bag for me. It was a pleasant experience.
The pizza is great. No complaints. Lots of sauce and plenty of toppings. Not happy at all that the last three times I've been there, there have not been pepperoni hot and ready pizzas ready. I've had to wait 10 to 15 minutes each time to get a pizza that is supposed to be hot and ready. If I want to wait for a pizza I could go to any other pizza place and get pizza. We use Little Caesars because we can just grab a pizza and go. That has not been our experience the last three times.
A family member came in didn't wait in line and got her pizza before me....... Not to mention they were. Busy so I waited but she got her pizza( she waited) and I got made after 10 min. And they told me they where still waiting on. 2 of my pizzas..... I ask them to remake. Me fresh pizza so it was a 45 min . ✋
