I eat here every Sunday. 95% of the time Josh is my bartender and I don't think I've ever had better service from any other BWW around the country than I've had here. He always welcome me with a hand shake and always finds time to visit with all his customers. They also have some very beautiful girls working here!
It's a hit and miss type thing. So days you have amazing service, other days not so much. One thing you can count on is food being good.
Absolutely the worst service and food. Was not busy at all sat us at a booth that was filthy, ketchup all over. 9 other empty booths, waitress comes over, have to ask her to clean table. Left it so wet we had to ask for paper towels to dry it...not damp, wet. She slung us some on her way by. Food came, fries cold and hard, Burger and pulled pork were so, so, I asked for the slaw and pickled red onions to be put on the side, she replied that they were out of slaw, no price reduction. No where near worth the price they charge. Only checked on us once. Never again.
Good food, good service, super dark for only.lunch time though, had to use my phone flashlight to find something I dropped.
