We decided on this hotel due to it having an Indoor Pool for our Twins. Unfortunately after we checked in we were told that the pool had just been drained due to an issue. We did not get to see the room. We ended up at another hotel for our stay. I will have to say that they did assist with our refund in a timely manner.
Pretty decent night sleep after a night in Stillwater. Location is pretty nice considering it's just outside of town and on the way in/out from okc
The rooms were old and never was renovated. I was told the owners wouldn’t renovate so Choice hotels dropped them and they changed the name to University Inn. There was crickets and gnats in the room. The heater did not work. There wasn’t even a phone in the room. Housekeeping didn’t leave towels. Crappy hotel. Stay away!
Old property, mattresses feel like stacked up cardboard. The eggs at breakfast looked like plastic toy discs, as if they had been overcooked or possibly from the previous day. The door to the room was finicky - card would work the the handle wouldn't. Staff was super nice, everything was good with check in and stuff like that. Didn't feel sketchy to me. It's what you'd expect for the price and age of the property but the bed might be one of the worst I've ever slept on.
I had to call from my phone while standing at the front desk to get anyones attention so i could get a room. The heater didnt work in the room they gave me so they told me to come back and they'd put me in another room. Again i had to call from my phone while standing at the front desk to get their attention. The 2nd room only had a partial curtain so i had to sacrice a blanket to hang over the window. Will not be going back!
