Incredible customer service!! The man working really worked with us and helped us pick out the best mattress for us; he seemed to really care about helping me get a great mattress. Came to Mattress Firm for a mattress and box spring, just looking for some thing basic. With the help Jeff we got a nice queen pillow top with the box spring at discounted student rate. This is a nice store with great service. They answered questions in a straightforward way with no sugar coating.
