Clean rooms. Clean hotel overall. Rooms are very trendy. The breakfast is free and decent. Cinnamon rolls heated up are not bad.

This Holiday Inn was new and clean. Large rooms with a modern bath and lots of towels. The breakfast is much nicer than the standard complimentary breakfast. We will stay there again on the next trip to Stillwater.
The front desk person when we ckecked just sitting down at a table and when we walked in didn't greet us until we kind of walked in a circle trying to figure out what to do to chck in. Once she greeted us she was very helpful and nice. The girl the second day was much more professional. Our first breakfast was not up to Holiday Inn Express's usual standards. The boy working the breakfast didn't keep it stocked even though a man (manager?) kept telling him to do stuff. He also couldn't operate the pancake machine so we didn't get any. Everything was much better the next morning, with someone else manning the breakfast station. The room was adequate but overall the hotel wasn't as clean as other HIEs we have stayed in.
Stayed there while in town for my father's funeral. Wonderful staff made my visit SO MUCH easier. Treated my family with a great deal of respect and care.
