I was in town from Minnesota for my daughter's graduation, when I realized the diamond had fallen out of my wedding ring. I found Denis online and went to his store. When I explained my situation and told him I needed a quick fix, he took time out of his crazy schedule on Mother's day weekend and the day before graduation to put a new stone in my ring. He was so friendly and accommodating and fixed my ring while I waited. I was out with a new-looking ring in 30 minutes! So grateful, great service! Incredible craftsmanship! I was heartbroken when I lost the large marquis shaped diamond from my wedding ring on a Friday afternoon. We searched all weekend and it was nowhere to be found. A friend recommended Den and we honestly went to a larger jeweler in town because it was closer to work. No one was there that could help us and we both knew we were supposed to go elsewhere. When we walked into the shop and met this wonderful, honest, laid back second generation jeweler with a short grey ponytail; and glasses with jeweler lenses attached; in not so short terms he was awesome! He listened to us; discussed our options, and had diamonds for us to look at the next day! We chose the diamond; he ordered the set; worked late on Friday night getting it just right; and on Saturday morning 1 week and 1 day from when I lost my diamond I have this work of art replacement! I Love It!
Denis has been spectacular in helping with both our engagement and wedding ring. When I learned what a great experience my fiancé had working with Denis, I knew we would work with him again for my wedding band. He is the most patient man! I was looking for something very specific and he ordered ring after ring for us to review until we found the perfect one. He worked within our budget and made us feel incredibly relaxed and comfortable. We could not be more pleased. It is very difficult to find a business that has great customer service these days but my experience here was wonderful. I will be coming here for all my future repairs and purchases!
