Had a terrible experience. They came to fix my dryer, took it apart and then gave me the hose and didn't put the dryer back together. Told me where to put the hose and then gave me the bill $100?? Why did I have to fix their job.
Had a wonderful experience. They came to fix my washer and dryer got it done in about 30 mins and was also cheap! Very nice gentleman.
Second experience, came and looked at my dishwasher, took it apart and said the motor was bad. Told me they'd find a used motor or a new one and get it installed. Never heard back from them and had to call every couple days for three weeks to beg them to finish the job. THEY NEVER FINISHED IT AND STILL GAVE ME A BILL.
We had a terrible experience with ABC. I paid $55 for a service call. They did not order the washing machine part I allegedly needed, and never followed up with me. I called SEVERAL times over a one-month period, trying to figure out when my part was coming. They finally told us they hadn't ordered it, and that it was now on back order. For $55 I got a one-month run-around and I still have a broken washer.
I'm an idiot for trying with them twice. Don't waste your time, there are better people in town.
