Normally this is a very good store, but today the manager wasn't helpful at all. I had recently purchased a craft kit and it came with no directions. I took it back to get a kit that had directions or directions from another kit. They had the same kit but it didn't have directions either. A different kit did but she didn't want to give them to me. I told her to return the product since I couldn't do it without instructions. She didn't want to. FINALLY she said she would make a copy of the instructions for me.
