For your small minor needs (have to be a Veteran) this is a nice local place to go. Staff is usually friendly. Most of the time TV is on so while you're waiting you're not so bored. I think they shouldn't schedule so many people at one time, so you don't wait so long, but they do offer hot coffee while you wait.
