Good service. Very helpful. They have great deals on most Craftsman products. It is my go to place for any tools in stillwater.
Called the store, they agreed with me that a dishwasher shouldn't break in 13 months, yet they did nothing. I'm having to foot the entire bill to replace the wash motor, including a $120.00 service call.
Flash forward to October of 2016, the dishwasher died.
Store is clean and always has what I need. I would never shop anywhere else for appliamces or lawn & garden !! Thanks for being open !
Sears quality and customer service is gone, do not buy anything from them, and expect them to stand by their product.
