This place sucks staff is rude. I finally meet a guy in appliances young guy that was worth a darn. Corporations wonder why they are loosing millions it because of your staff hire people who give a hoot do walk through with out them know care about your company before you don't have one. Fyi took a hour to get help to get a connection for a portable dishwasher even service desk told me to come back tomorrow when the older plumber guy would be there. My grade for you is a F. Bought a Whirlpool gas range and microwave memorial weekend to take advantage of the sale, did not install till after their return policy ran out. They stove and microwave was horrible, Pam the sales associate that helped us was fantastic!!! Lowes needs more employees like her.!!!
I will never go there again!! Too many kids that just don’t seem to care. Guy at the Customer Service desk doesn’t even know if they sell washing machines. I will stick with Atwood’s, Walmart, and Sears on Main Street. One guy Zach on the forklift told me point blank that he didn’t have time to answer my question because he needed to get a display out. Another long haired gentleman said he didn’t get paid enough to worry about my concerns. I called the 800 number....let’s see if they make a change!
Such poor customer service, they should find "knowledgeable and people who care" to work at the customer service desk especially when those are the people you go to when you have problems. Just totally shut down the whole morale of shopping there.
A truly abhorrent experience, I shall not be returning ever again. Despite the name my house massively degraded in value after using this disgrace.
