There is very little affordable housing to buy in Stillwater, and poor selection.
The AC unit is too small for this home. It can't keep the house in the 70's during the summer - very upsetting. Other things like nails and studs coming out of the walls, and poorly installed range make me wonder if this corner cutting may lead to a safety issue as well.
We loved the large floor plan, the large lot and "upgrades" like cabinets above the toilets, storm shelter, and a bump - up in the kitchen cabinets. We expected the large price tag, but not all the replacements. I guess Kraybill cuts corners.
Cheep parts & slip shod craftsmanship.
He built a lot if homes in the area, however. I thought :maybe we just got a bad one? But upon talking with other homeowners I keep hearing the same negative buzz around Kraybill built homes.
I'm very disappointed.
