I called Chris Hanson because he placed a door hanger advertisement on my front door (assumingly because he is looking for additional work). He was pleasant to speak with on the phone when making arrangements to look at the project we want in our backyard. We want stairs going to a lower portion of our yard from an upper portion. He arrived at my house when expected, spoke with my wife about the stairs, took measurements, spoke with my wife about possible designs and said he would call within 2 days. That was over 10 days ago and he has not yet called with an estimate. If he did not want the job he should have said so that day or be professional enough to call to inform us he is not interested in the job.
