We have banked with IBC for 6+ years. We have never had any problems. They have had a lot of staff turnover but since Stillwater is a college town that is expected. There mobil banking is really good. We have used other banks in the area and there is a lot less hassle here.
Don't bank here u less you have direct deposit. It can take up to 5 business days for your paper check to be available...
Not understanding where all the hate is coming from for IBC, but I've banked there for roughly 2 years? I've had no problems, and any issues I've had, we're solved quickly and professionally. I think you other people with the 1 stars are either impatient or expect some kind of instant lightening service that just does not exist.
Why are you flying OSU's flag over the US flag? I am a huge Cowboy fan but this is unacceptable and disrespectful! Fly both flags proudly but do it correctly! NO flag flies higher the the US flag!
Bank anywhere else in Stillwater except at this location!! I promise you, you will thank me for this later. In general IBC in other places are okay; but this is hands down the worst bank branch I have ever encountered. The staff is very uneducated about how banks actually work and know virtually zero about anything that is not extremely basic. In the last 2 years I have been in this location I have been met with rude, unfriendly and unprofessional cashiers who would rather chat among themselves than make customers a priority, which leaves me with an inability to do my basic banking tasks (such as cashing checks, transferring money, etc..) I almost always end up going to bank SNB downtown which is a little more of a drive for me but is staffed with great well trained workers who always get the job done for me. The only upside is the online banking is fine as long as you don't contact this location with any questions or problems because I can guarantee you they can't help. If I could I would give this location zero stars, trust the negative reviews on this bank, go elsewhere!!!
