Love the food, love the comfy seating, hate the prices and value for the quantity. Portion control should equate with price.
Meals are pricey, but we'll worth the cost of you need a place to kill the day comfortably.
Many never of the staff remember me when I walk in and even remember parts of our order.
This location is truly memorable because of the great people they have in the building!
The food here is always dependable and consistent. What makes this location excellent is the staff. I have always received wonderful service and they have always accommodated my special requests due to my allergies. More importantly, they do it all in a way that doesn't make me feel like I am a burden or difficult!
The drive through is exceptionally slow, but I have always had great food at this Panera and considered the food worth the extra time. However, today I order a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt on the pick two menu along with macaroni and cheese. Not only was the macaroni clumpy and undercooked, I was given what amounts to 1/4 of a sandwich. I paid over $10 for a top half that looks like it was the crust off of a properly sized sandwich. It was almost entirely bread with a small table spoon's worth of chicken inside of it. This is entirely too little food for the amount paid.
The last time I ordered coffee but it wasn't good at all. The sandwiches and salads are always delicious. Excellent location near the OSU campus.
Friendly and curious as always. Get something to eat, and you can sit inside out of the weather and charge up your devices and kick it all day.
