The stadium has a very nice setup but the food is usually old and they have the speakers so loud that it is just noise. I have to put on noise canceling headphones to even understand what is said. Other than that, the place is clean and there is security EVERYWHERE.
Your event staff is rude and has harrassed me several times that I've been here!! I stood by the tunnels when there was nowhere to sit for a couple of games and had no issues. Then all of a sudden, here comes an old man event coordinator telling me I can't stand there at the third game after staring dead at me, creepily, for a good 15 minutes. Then I move to a different tunnel and he tells me the same thing. So I go to the student section and he doesn't say anything. Okay, problem solved, right? No. Then, here he comes today telling me I can't stand there when I'm clearly a student there and have every right like everyone else to be there! If he does this once more then I will file for harrassment against him!
The upside of this facility is that it's fairly new, clean, and convenient. The club and suite areas of the stadium are 5-star premium areas with exceptional food and amenities. For the average fan however there are quite a few areas for improvement... tickets are expensive, concession food is below average and expensive, parking is problematic, and the audio/video and WiFi connectivity are dated or non-existent. They've recently widened the seats which has improved the comfort level of attendance which had been a previous gripe. Tailgating scene outside the stadium is fairly good. Overall an above-average to good college football experience.
Woo!!! My home! OSU is the greatest school ever! I graduated from here and I had to force myself to leave! Love OSU!!
The staff are very friendly, especially the people from Express. They can always help you find your seat, and the food the the concessions is really good. I had chicken tacos today, and they were amazing.
