Went to the store in Stillwater needed a pair of work boots bought a pair of timberlands which I have owned several pair of but these were a different style than what I normally wear thought no problem these boots have a 30 day comfort guarantee!!!! Nope not at cavenders of stillwater they told me I would have to send the boots back to timberland myself so now I'm the proud owner of a $190 pair of boots that hurt my feet which keep in mind were only worn for 10 hrs and was told they do not uphold timberlands 30 day comfort guarantee!!!! This was my first and last time ever purchasing a pair of boots from Cavenders..
The 2 ladies and guy who discriminated needs to be fired or your employees need ethics training and customer service training. This happened April 4, 2017.
Nice place, clean. One staff member was nice but the other girls looked at us very hateful when we walked in and one said (as we were leaving) I really hate it when people come in at 8:00. I'm fyi little girl, the store doesn't close until 9:00! They should teach them some customer service!!!
