Good Mexican fast food, healthy portions and nice variety.
Used to be a great fast-food alternative to The Bell but the food quantity has slipped a lot recently. A party burrito might as well just be a plain tortilla.
Food is good, service is ok, several times we've waited over 30 minutes for our food
Ate here May 1st and several people in my family got extremely sick. Not just a little bit, but insane crazy keep you up all night kind of sick. I love Taco Bueno, but the last few times we've gone here they have screwed up our order. Usually we just deal with it because its a pain in the butt going all the way back. However, yesterday, they screwed up a huge order so I had to go all the way back and wait to get it fixed. Then things tasted weird when we started eating. No one finished all of their meal because of the odd taste. Then, middle of the night, several of us were up almost violently ill. I'll never go to this one again and it will be a long time before I can even eat Taco Bueno.
I'm editing my review after stopping by here today. Their staff now is awesome. My food was the best I've ever had at any Taco Bueno and their new flavored teas are crazy good. Totally have redeemed themselves.
The place never quite feels clean and this last trip, the salsa bar was empty and no Cinnamon Chips. Also, the ice tea dispensers just looked nasty. So bad that I opted for water.
I might try another location and see if it is a chain wide issue or just the one here in Stillwater. I don't know if I will return to this one.
